Keep TV, music, and conversations at a reasonable volume. Repeated noise complaints may lead to fines or lease termination. π§ Maintenance & Repairs Report damages or necessary repairs to management immediately. Keep units clean and sanitary. No major alterations (e.g., painting, drilling) without written approval. π Parking & Vehicles Park only in designated areas; unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Visitor parking is limited and first-come, first-served. No reckless driving, honking, or speeding within the premises. πΎ Pets Pets must be approved by management (size/breed restrictions apply). Owners must clean up after pets and prevent disturbances. Violations may result in fines or pet privileges being revoked. π Waste Disposal Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Follow recycling guidelines per local regulations. Large items (furniture, appliances) require management approval for disposal. π Security & Safety Do not prop open security doors or let unauthorized individuals inside. Security cameras are in use; tampering with them is prohibited.
